摘要

近年来,我国产业结构转型升级,大学毕业生数量连年增长,就业结构性矛盾突出,高校毕业生就业压力逐年增大.与此同时,高校大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导体系建设遭遇困境,构建不够完善.OBE理念并没有很好地应用在职业生涯规划与就业指导中,如何构建以成果为导向的高校职业生涯规划与就业指导体系,是促进高校毕业生高质量就业的重要路径.因此,以高质量就业为导向,将职业生涯规划与就业指导贯穿大学教育全过程,并在职业生涯规划与就业指导教学方法、课程考核评价标准、教师队伍建设等方面进行创新,有助于破解当下高校职业生涯规划与就业指导的困境.

Abstract

In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of our country's industrial structure,the number of college graduates has increased year after year,and the structural contradictions in employment have become prominent,which has led to the employment pressure of college graduates increasing year by year.At the same time,college students'career planning and construction of occupation instruction system have encountered difficulties and the construction is not perfect.The concept of OBE has not been well applied in career planning and employment guidance.How to build an outcome-based career planning and employment guidance system is an important path to promote high-quality employment of college graduates.Therefore,taking high-quality employment as the orientation,integrating career planning and employment guidance throughout the entire process of university education,and innovating in the teaching methods of career planning and employment guidance,curriculum assessment and evaluation standards,and teacher team construction will help to crack the the current predicament of career planning and employment guidance in colleges and universities.
