健康中国战略背景下基于五育并举的医学人才培养研究

摘要
医学人才是健康中国战略实施的宝贵资源,为各级医疗卫生单位培养高质量医学人才是医科院校推进"健康中国"建设、落实立德树人根本任务、坚守护卫人民健康的重要使命."五育并举"的提出是新时代对高等教育提出的新要求,在新教育理念下,如何培养人才,培养什么样的人才是教育工作者需要深刻思考的问题.本文基于"五育并举"视角,阐述了新时代"五育并举"的内涵特征.同时,还探讨了健康中国战略对医学人才的要求,并介绍了民族医学院校在培养医学人才方面的探索,为培养高质量应用型医学人才提供理论参考.
Abstract
Medical talents are valuable resources for the implementation of the healthy China strategy.Cultivating high-quality medical talents for medical and health institutions at all levels is the fundamental task of medical colleges and universities in promoting the construction of"Healthy China",implementing the fundamental task of promoting morality and cultivating people,and fulfilling the important mission of safeguarding people's health.The proposal of"comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic education"is a new requirement for higher education in the new era.Under the new educational concept,how to cultivate talents and what kind of talents to cultivate are questions that educators need to deeply consider.Based on the perspective of"comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic education",this paper elaborates on its connotation and characteristics in the new era.At the same time,it discusses the requirements of the healthy China strategy for medical talents and introduces the exploration of medical colleges in cultivating medical talents,providing theoretical references for cultivating high-quality applied medical talents.
