The Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Credits Transfer in Universities
In the era of knowledge economy, credits transfer can integrate education resources across schools on a larger scale, optimize the allocation of educational resources, promote students'diversified learning, and improve the quality of talent output. However, the progress of credits transfer recognition in universities is relatively slow, and the effectiveness is not prominent enough. There are problems such as insufficient top-level design, obstacles to inter school implementation, and lack of supervision and management. On the basis of drawing on the experience of advanced countries, this paper specifically proposes feasible strategies for constructing a state-led credits transfer recognition system to standardize rights and responsibilities, creating a learning achievement certification community with the goal of implementing process standardized management, and forming a multi-stakeholder participation pattern to strengthen multi-party supervision and evaluation.
