Analysis on the Construction and Implementation Path of Labor Education Curriculum System in Universities in Ethnic Regions
Labor education is a necessary component of higher education to fulfill the fundamental goal of fostering morality and an integral aspect of promoting college students'comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education.Currently,labor education in colleges and universities within ethnic regions is still being implemented without a perfected curriculum system,lacking distinctive school,regional,and ethnic features,with insufficient integration of national traditional labor culture into the teaching content.This paper proposes strengthening protection from the perspective of value nurturing,reflecting the characteristics of the times,ethnicity,region,and school.The paper suggests enhancing the assurance by integrating labor education throughout the talent cultivation process in collaboration with home and school education.This involves exploring the curriculum system's construction and execution in colleges and universities located in ethnic regions to promote overall development in students'morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.This effort ultimately improves the efficiency of labor education.
