摘要
实施产教融合协同育人是造就高素质技术技能人才的重要手段,是加快建设中国特色现代职业教育体系的必由之路,也是落实习近平总书记关于职业教育的重要论述的重要实践和理论成果.破解产教融合协同育人的现实困境,探究通过产教融合实施协同育人的实践路径是深化高等职业教育改革的迫切需求.文章以高职院校产教融合协同育人为研究对象,阐述高职院校深化产教融合协同育人的时代蕴含,探讨高职院校深化产教融合协同育人面临的现实困境,提出新时代高职院校推动产教融合协同育人的实践路径,以期实现多元主体全过程和全方位的协同育人,培养社会所需的复合型人才.
Abstract
The implementation of the collaborative education of industry and education integration is an important means to create high-quality technical and skilled personnel,a necessary way to accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,and an important practical and theoretical achievements to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thesis on vocational education.Breaking the practical dilemma of collaborative education through industry education integration and exploring the practical path of collaborative education through industry education integration are the current needs of higher vocational education reform.The paper takes the collaborative education of industry and education integration in vocational colleges as the research object,elaborates on the era connotation of deepening the collaborative education of industry and education integration in vocational colleges,explores the practical difficulties faced by vocational colleges in deepening the collaborative education of industry and education integration,and proposes a practical path for vocational colleges to promote the collaborative education of industry and education integration in the new era,with the aim of achieving multi-subject,full-process,and all-round collaborative education and cultivating composite talents required by society.
