新时代高职院校"五育"发展现状

摘要
2019 年国家在《中国教育现代化2035》中明确提出要"促进德育、智育、体育、美育和劳动教育的有机融合".研究从"五育"认知和"五育"教育两个方面重点调研新时代高职院校"五育"发展现状.研究现状调研发现新时代高职院校开展"五育"并举但是并没有形成融合发展,主要体现在三个方面:在人才培养与"五育"认知无法充分融入;教育方式与个体需求无法深度结合;"五育"理念之间没有高度融合.借助"一站式"学生社区综合管理建设,创新育人阵地,引入全校五育资源,融合服务社区学生.
Abstract
In 2019,China clearly proposed to promote the organic integration of moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and labor education in China's Education Modernization 2035.From the cognition and education perspectives of"education in five aspects",the study focuses on the development of"education in five aspects"in higher vocational colleges in the new era.It is found that the simultaneous development of"education in five aspects"in higher vocational colleges in the new era has not formed integrated development,which is mainly reflected in three aspects:personnel training and"education in five aspects"cognition can not be fully integrated;education mode and individual needs can not be deeply combined;the concept of"education in five aspects"is not highly integrated.With the help of"one-stop"student community comprehensive management construction,we can innovate the education position,introduce the resources for"education in five aspects"into the whole college,and integrate the service for community students.
