Analysis on the Path to Enhance the Organizational Capacity of the Party Branch of University Teachers under the Situation of Comprehensively and Strictly Governing the Party
The Party branch of college teachers is the basic organizational unit and strong battle fortress of the Party organization in colleges and universities,shouldering the important mission of educating people for the Party and the country.Enhancing the organizational capacity of the Party branch of university teachers is the inherent need to strengthen the construction of the Party branch of university teachers,and also the objective requirement to promote the extension of strict Party governance to the grass-roots level in an all-round way.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the organizational strength of university Party branches in the new era and the analysis of the difficulties in improving the organizational strength of teachers'Party branches,this paper explores the innovative practice of"3+X Party Branches'Co-construction and Mutual Promotion"mode to improve the organizational capacity of university teachers'Party branches,so as to play an exemplary and leading role in improving the organizational capacity of university teachers'Party branches in the new era.
