Research on the Path of Integrating Craftsman Spirit into Big Data and Accounting Major under the Background of Digital Economy
Under the background of digital economy,the craftsman spirit is highly consistent with the training goals of technical and skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges.Craftsman spirit in the context of digital economy is a professional pursuit and value orientation of professionalism,innovation,excellence,dedication,teamwork and social responsibility.However,there are still some problems in integrating the craftsman spirit into big data and accounting major as below:the craftsman spirit subject is missing due to students'low self-evaluation;the poor ideological and political curriculum results in the absence of the environment for the formation of craftsman spirit;it is difficult to internalize the craftsman spirit because of the formalistic curriculum ideology and politics;the single evaluation method makes the development of craftsman spirit lack of positive encouragement;etc.According to this,countermeasures such as clarifying the cultivation goal of big data and accounting major's craftsman spirit to improve students'self-evaluation;reforming and innovating the ideological and political curriculum system of big data and accounting major;doing a good job of integrating the craftsman spirit into the top-level design of curriculum ideological and political construction;carrying out school-enterprise cooperation and multi-subject collaborative education;building a"trinity"quality monitoring and evaluation system of artisan spirit cultivation,etc.,which are helpful for big data and accounting major to cultivate craftsman technical talents.
