后疫情时代医药类院校虚拟教研室建设价值及实践路径
The Value and Practical Path of Virtual Teaching and Research Room Construction in the Post-epidemic Era in Pharmaceutical Universities

摘要
虚拟教研室是一种依托网络平台和虚拟现实技术,围绕学科专业建设开展教学研究和交流合作的组织形态.通过疫情期间建设实践,虚拟教研室在应对突发公共卫生事件、实现专业建设创新、推进教育教学改革等方面发挥了重要作用.然而,受传统观念和管理模式影响,医药类院校虚拟教研室建设仍存在重形式轻内涵、重"技术"轻"质量"等问题.后疫情时代,医药类院校应树立虚拟教研室建设理念,强化制度保障,建立协同机制,通过完善内部管理制度、加强质量监督与评估、丰富教学资源、加强线上教学管理等途径全面推进虚拟教研室建设.
Abstract
Virtual teaching and research room is an organizational form relying on network platform and virtual reality technology to carry out teaching and research and communication and cooperation around the construction of disciplines and professions.Through the practice of construction during the epidemic,the virtual teaching and research room has played an important role in responding to public health emergencies,realizing the innovation of professional construction,and promoting the reform of education and teaching.However,under the influence of traditional concepts and management modes,the construction of virtual teaching and research room in medical colleges and universities is still characterized by problems such as focusing on form but not substance,and focusing on"technology"but not"quality'.In the post-epidemic era,medical colleges and universities should set up the concept of virtual teaching and research room construction,strengthen institutional safeguards,establish synergistic mechanisms,and comprehensively promote the construction of virtual teaching and research room by improving the internal management system,strengthening the quality supervision and assessment,enriching teaching resources,and strengthening online teaching management.
