Research on the Cultivation Path of Higher Vocational Students'Entrepreneurial Ability Based on Psychological Capital
"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation"is an important source of power for the country to achieve economic transformation and industrial upgrading.Higher vocational college graduates are the main force to promote the implementation of the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"strategy.In the highly competitive entrepreneurial market,in order to break through the educational restrictions to succeed,higher vocational students not only need to master professional knowledge and skills,but also have good psychological capital.From the perspective of psychological capital,this study explores the role and influence of psychological capital in higher vocational college students'entrepreneurship by analyzing the characteristics of psychological capital,the factors affecting higher vocational college students'entrepreneurship,and the relationship between psychological capital and higher vocational college students'entrepreneurship,so as to effectively improve the students'entrepreneurial ability through training and improving their psychological capital.
