大学生就业创业教育与思想政治教育的有机融合策略

摘要
深化大学生就业创业发展,是我国新时期推进高等人才教育发展改革的新趋势,有助于提升新时代大学生就业、创业发展综合能力.思政教育作为高校育人培养重要的时代引领,应在大学生就业创业教育背景下发挥协同育人辅助作用,通过构筑就业创业教育与思政教育双融合发展体系,提升大学生就业创业教育实践有效性.新时期高校应采用加强思政课教学引导、构建情景模拟教学模式及完善协同育人培养体系等基础策略,指明大学生就业创业教育与思政教育融合发展新方向,实现大学生就业创业教育与思政教育双路径协同开展.
Abstract
Deepening the employment and entrepreneurship development of college students is a new trend in promoting the development and reform of higher talent education in China in the new era which helps improve the comprehensive ability of college students in employment and entrepreneurship development.Ideological and political education,as an important era leader in the education and cultivation of college students,should play a collaborative and auxiliary role in educating college students in the context of employment and entrepreneurship education.Through a dual integrated development system of employment and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education,the effectiveness employment and entrepreneurship education for college students should be enhanced.In the new era,universities should adopt basic strategies such as strengthening the guidance of ideological and political education,constructing scenario simulation teaching models and improving collaborative education and training systems,pointing out new directions for the integration and development of employment and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education for college students,and achieving the dual path coordinated development of employment and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education for college students.
