高校实施增值评价的可行性、存在的问题及对策研究

摘要
近年来在社会对高校进行质量问责的环境背景下,增值评价已经成为新型的学生学习成果评价模式,能够代替传统人才培养质量评价体系,能够有效测量分析学生在一段时间之内知识学习、技能学习的增长效果,为社会彰显出高校教育工作为学生成长所做出的贡献,具有一定的应用价值.基于此,本文研究高校实施增值评价的意义与可行性,分析目前存在的问题,提出几点解决问题的策略,旨在为促使增值评价方式在高校中应用效果的提升而提供帮助.
Abstract
In recent years,in the context of the society's quality accountability of colleges and universities,value-added evaluation has become a new model of student learning achievement evaluation,which can replace the traditional talent training quality evaluation system,effectively measure and analyze the growth effect of students'knowledge learning and skill learning in a period of time,and highlight the contribution of college education to students'growth for the society,which is of certain application value.Based on this,this paper studies the significance and feasibility of implementing value-added evaluation in colleges and universities,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward several strategies to solve the problems,aiming to provide help for promoting the application effect of value-added evaluation in colleges and universities.
