The Policy Change Path of Production-education Integration in Vocational Education in China Under the Theory of Initiative Alliance
The vicissitudes of the industry-education integration policy of vocational education in our country satisfy the four assumptions of the framework of the initiative alliance.According to different belief systems,the appeal of value interests and the policy goals,the policy participants of the integration policy of vocational education in our country are divided into two major initiative alliances.Through intra-alliance learning and cross-alliance learning,the policies of the two major alliances are subtly changed to approach core beliefs and secondary beliefs,thus promoting policy changes.The ideas of perfecting the policy of the integration of production and education in vocational education in China are as follows:strengthen the top-level design and clarify the goal and path of the integration of production and education;improve policies and regulations to provide a strong institutional guarantee for the integration of industry and education;strengthen the construction of cross-departmental coordination mechanism,and promote the coordination and cooperation of various forces such as education and industry;innovate the talent training model and promote the deep integration of education and industry;strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,and enhance the international influence of the integration of industry and education in China's vocational education.
