Research on the Operation Mechanism of Higher Vocational Colleges to Rebuild the Excellent Style of Study and Construct the Formation Education
The construction of style of study of higher vocational education in the new era promotes the modernization of university governance.Facing the task of"double-high"construction,higher vocational education is required to be in the stage of high-quality development in the new era,and strengthening the construction of the style of study is an important link in the modernization of higher vocational education.The application of cultivation education in talent cultivation and ideological and political education is explored.The construction of cultivation education system of style of study in higher vocational colleges is proposed from four aspects,namely:building the organizational structure to realize the organizational security function;strengthening the responsibility of the education team to enhance the penetration of education;"imparting truth,teaching students and clearing up difficult questions"of teachers to stimulate students'enthusiasm for professional learning;giving play to the main role of students to stimulate their internal learning motivation.
