航海教育对职业院校实施1+X证书制度课证融通的启示

摘要
随着1+X证书制度试点工作的不断深入,在专业人才培养、"三教"改革、教学资源开发建设等方面取得了一些成效,形成了一些可供参考借鉴的优秀案例,但少数瓶颈问题仍没有突破.文章从分析航海教育特征入手,阐述了航海教育"课证融通"的特点,并结合现行职业技能等级证书"课证融通"的现状和途径,借鉴航海教育已形成的经验,提出了对职业院校实施1+X证书制度"课证融通"的建议.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of the pilot work of the 1+X certificate system,some achievements have been made in professional talent cultivation,"three education"reform,teaching resource development and construction,etc.It has formed some excellent cases for reference,but a few bottleneck issues have not yet been overcome.Starting from analyzing the characteristics of maritime education,this paper elaborates on the characteristics of"integration of curriculum and certificates"in maritime education and combines the current situation and approaches of"integration of curriculum and certificates"in occupational skill level certificates.Drawing on the experience of maritime education,it proposes suggestions for implementing the"integration of curriculum and certificates"under the 1+X certificate system in vocational colleges.
