摘要
随着时代的进步、社会经济迅猛的发展,社会对优秀师资需求也不断提升.学前教育作为师资培养体系中重要的一环越来越受到社会和国家的重视,且其把发展学前教育作为一项重要的战略任务.职业院校学前教育专业面临着巨大的机遇和挑战.建设技能型社会,需不断深入教育改革,要从积极调研就业市场、调整学前教育专业人才培养目标、调整课程设置、改进教学方法和手段、改革评价体系等方面探索出培养具有创新实践"一专多能"高素质学前专业复合型人才的路径.
Abstract
With the progress of the times and the rapid development of social economy,the demand for excellent teachers is also increasing.Preschool education,as an important part of the teacher training system,has been paid more and more attention by the society and the state,and the development of preschool education has been regarded as an important strategic task.Preschool education majors in vocational colleges are facing great opportunities and challenges.To build a skill-based society,it is necessary to continuously deepen education reform,and explore a path for cultivating high-quality preschool compound talents with innovative practice who are"good at many things and expert in one"from the aspects of actively investigating the job market,adjusting the training objectives of preschool education professionals,adjusting the curriculum,improving teaching methods and means,and reforming the evaluation system,etc.
