Research on Talent Cultivation Mode of Undergraduate Level in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities—A Case Study of Guangdong Province
The cultivation of undergraduate level talents in higher vocational colleges is needed for economic and social development and the establishment of a high-quality vocational education system,as well as an opportunity for the development of higher vocational colleges themselves.In Guangdong Province,there are two major modes of cultivating talents at undergraduate level in higher vocational colleges,which are named"segmented mode"and"direct mode".On the basis of sorting out these main modes,we discuss how to build and optimize the mode of cultivating talents at the undergraduate level in higher vocational colleges and universities.The focus is on the reform of the curriculum system and teaching methods to adapt to the cultivation of talents at the undergraduate level,the reform and innovation of teaching methods suitable for the cultivation of talents at the undergraduate level in higher vocational colleges and universities,as well as the integration and optimization of vocational education resources.
