文化自觉视域下新时代高职体育文化建设的对策与路径

摘要
文化自觉,是一种文化自我觉醒、自我反省和自我创建的文化认知过程.新时代背景下的高职体育文化建设体系的文化自觉,是以课程思政为育人导向,以内置体育课程形式向外延课程拓展为发展趋势,将思政理念、中华传统体育文化精神和"终身锻炼"建设贯彻于校园体育生活全程,并以此构建健康作息、健康饮食、良好卫生与心理健康的多元化校园体育文化形态."健康生活"和"终身体育"双重教育目标的构建,是新时代高职校园体育文化创新与文化自觉的新型生态模式.
Abstract
Cultural consciousness is a process of cultural cognition of cultural self-awakening,self-reflection and self-creation.The cultural consciousness of higher vocational sports culture construction system under the the new era background,is a diversified form of campus sports culture,which takes curriculum ideology and politics as the orientation of education,and expands to the extension of curriculum in the form of internal sports curriculum as the development trend.The ideological and political concept,the traditional Chinese sports culture spirit and the construction of"lifelong exercise"are implemented in the whole course of campus sports life,and thus building a healthy rest,healthy diet,good hygiene and mental health.The construction of the dual education goal of"healthy life"and"lifelong sports"is a new ecological model of innovation and cultural consciousness of campus sports in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
