The current weak recovery of the global economy has impacted China's economy,resulting in a decrease in demand for employers,which imposes considerable pressure and challenges on vocational college graduates'employment,making the job placement guidance offered by colleges and universities face severe situations and new challenges.In this context,a crucial breakthrough for higher vocational colleges in advancing their employment work is to solve the individualized problems that students encounter during the job-finding process,enhance the"quality"of student employment,and innovate job placement guidance methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of job placement guidance.Solution-focused Brief Therapy,characterized by its individual-centered,highly efficient,and short-term duration,aligns well with these requirements.Based on this,it is essential to explore a job placement training camp that is based on the theories and techniques of Solution-focused Brief Therapy.This will enhance the precision and efficiency of job placement guidance in higher vocational colleges and promote the high-quality development of job placement guidance in the new situation.
