As a key aspect of internal management in universities,student management is an important management tool that serves the growth and development of students.At present,the management of students in higher vocational colleges cannot keep up with the times,and the management mechanisms and methods are difficult to achieve the integration of institutionalization and humanization,and cannot play their role in management.To this end,we need to establish an innovative mechanism for effective student management work,create a democratic management atmosphere,strengthen the implementation effect of student management,and promote the humanization reform of student management system,in order to achieve higher quality student management results.
