The Puzzlement About the Implementation of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and the Reflection on Teachers'Competence
The implementation of curriculum ideology and politics has put forward new requirements for the competence of teachers of basic courses in colleges and universities.This paper first sorts out the doubts in the implementation process from the aspects of the current situation,significance and essential characteristics of curriculum ideology and politics.By means of questionnaire,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and problems of the competence of public basic course teachers on curriculum ideology and politics.Then,it tries to construct the competency model for the teachers who are the main body of ideological and political construction in college curriculum,that is,the public basic course teachers,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to the problems found.From the perspective of public basic course teachers in colleges and universities,it aims to explore how to improve their competence in the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,provide an important basis for their comprehensive quality assessment,and realize the reasonable allocation and improvement of management of university teacher resources,so as to provide reference value for the curriculum ideology and politics construction of public basic courses in colleges and universities.
