A Scientific Evaluation System for Higher Vocational Ideological and Political Course Teachers Based on CIPP
Ideological and political teachers are one of the main forces of higher vocational education and play an important role in the whole higher vocational education and teaching.Based on the principle of"breaking the five principles",the principle of correct value orientation,the principle of sustainable development and the principle of hierarchical classification,this paper establishes a scientific evaluation system for the teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges from the five evaluation dimensions of"ethics and style","teaching","scientific research","social service"and"self-growth".The evaluation system can give play to the incentive measures of the evaluation system by constructing the process evaluation of"establishing five new"and perfecting the development evaluation,so as to continuously optimize the construction of ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges.
