高校思政教育融入劳动教育实施路径研究

摘要
当前,越来越多的高校注重将学生思想政治教育融入劳动教育全过程之中,这为"三全育人"打下良好基础.然而,理念未全面形成、相关协调机制不够完善、资源整合不到位等阻碍了思政教育融入劳动教育全过程.为此,高校需要通过融通育人理念、统筹教育主体高效运作、开发整合相关资源等途径促进思政教育与劳动教育的充分融合,进而发挥劳动教育的思政引领作用,以高质量推进高校劳动教育工作,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人.
Abstract
At present,more and more colleges and universities pay attention to the ideological and political education of students into the whole process of labor education,to lay a good foundation for"three comprehensive education".However,the concept has not been fully formed,the relevant coordination mechanism is not perfect,and the resource integration is not in place,which hinder the integration of ideological and political education into the whole process of labor education.Therefore,colleges and universities need to promote the full integration of ideological and political education and labor education through unifying education objectives,coordinating the efficient operation of education subjects,developing and integrating related resources,so as to give play to the leading role of ideological and political education and promote labor education in colleges and universities with high quality,train socialist builders and successors with all-round development.
