《职业发展与就业创业指导》课程蕴含丰富的德育资源,推进《职业发展与就业创业指导》"课程思政"意蕴重大.当前,该课程的"课程思政"建设存在系统性不强、教学模式不完善、评价机制不健全、教师队伍建设不足等问题.思政教育融入《职业发展与就业创业指导》应遵循"效"与"度"相统一,"大"与"小"相兼容,"上"与"下"相结合,"显"与"隐"相协调原则.并有效构建"挖""配""融""检"四驱联动建设体系,确保《职业发展与就业创业指导》"课程思政"教学改革实效.
Abstract
The course of"Guidance for Career Development,Employment and Entrepreneurship"contains rich moral education resources,and it is of great significance to promote the"curriculum ideology and politics"of"Guidance for Career Development,Employment and Entrepreneurship".At present,the construction of"curriculum ideology and politics"in this course has problems such as weak systematic,imperfect teaching mode,imperfect evaluation mechanism,and insufficient construction of teachers.The integration of ideological and political education into the"Guidance for Career Development,Employment and Entrepreneurship"should follow the principle of unity of"effectiveness"and"degree",compatibility of"large"and"small",combination of"up"and"down",and coordination of"obvious"and"hidden".And it is necessary to effectively build a four-wheel drive linkage construction system of"mining","distribution","integration"and"inspection"to ensure the effectiveness of the"curriculum ideology and politics"teaching reform of"Guidance for Career Development,Employment and Entrepreneurship".
