思政视野下高校大学生职业观教育改善路径研究

摘要
职业观作为大学生在学业、择业、就业的不同阶段对职业发展的情感认知与行为实践,是大学生追求和实现人生理想与人生价值的直接体现.近年来,受专业评价偏差、社会价值传导、多元文化撕扯等内外因素相互交织叠加影响,大学生在树立正确职业观上不同程度地面临专业情怀淡薄、事业追求功利、职业理想模糊等现实问题.研究表明,高校通过进一步理顺机制、拓宽渠道、强化保障等途径,将职业观有机融入高校思想政治教育体系,有助于培养树立正确职业观的新时代好青年.
Abstract
As college students'emotional cognition and behavioral practice of career development in different stages of study,career selection and employment,career view is a direct reflection of college students'pursuit and realization of life ideal and life value.In recent years,due to the influence of internal and external factors such as professional evaluation deviation,social value transmission and multicultural tearing,college students are faced with practical problems such as weak professional feelings,pursuit of utilitarianism and vagueness of career ideal in establishing correct career view to varying degrees.The research shows that by further rationalizing the mechanism,broadening the channels and strengthening the guarantee,colleges and universities integrate the career view into the ideological and political education system of colleges and universities organically,which is helpful to cultivate the good young people in the new era with the correct career view.
