高职院校思政课程与课程思政协同育人的提升策略研究

科学把握思政课程与课程思政的辩证关系,实现思政课程与课程思政协同育人是高职院校推动思想政治教育工作向纵深发展的一项重要举措。面对当前思政课程与课程思政协同育人过程中存在的师生认知有误区、课程融合有难度、协同机制有短板等现实困境,我们要坚持显性教育和隐性教育相融通、推动两支队伍建设相协调、鼓励个性探索与顶层设计相结合的提升策略,以进一步提升教学能力、育人能力、协同能力,进而形成相互配合、相互支持、相互促进的学校育人工作格局。
Study on the Promotion Strategy of Ideological and Political Courses and Curriculum Ideology and Politics in Higher Vocational Colleges
It is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to promote the development of ideological and political education in greater depth by grasping the dialectical relationship between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideology and politics and realizing its cooperative education.In the face of the current practical difficulties in the process of the above collaborative education,such as misunderstandings between teachers and students,difficulties in curriculum integration,and shortcomings in the collaborative mechanism,etc.,we should adhere to such improvement strategies as integrating explicit education and implicit education,promoting the coordination of the construction of the two teams,and encouraging the combination of personality exploration and top-level design,so as to further enhance the teaching ability,education ability and collaborative ability,and to form mutual cooperation,mutual support and mutual promotion of school work pattern.
