摘要
新时代,面对市场经济以及多元文化侵入的影响,职业院校师德师风出现了新问题.以教师党支部建设为抓手,从强化政治引领、推动思想建设、组织纪律约束、党员示范、联动融合和考核监督6 个方面推进党建与师德师风建设工作的融合,成为师德师风建设的重要保障和举措.实践证明,党建引领师德师风建设,有利于巩固加强党的领导地位、有利于探索新时代师德师风建设的路径、有利于"立德树人"根本任务的实现,有利于营造尊师重教的社会氛围.
Abstract
In the new era,facing the impact of market economy and multicultural invasion,new problems have arisen in the construction of professional ethics and conduct in vocational colleges.Taking the construction of teacher Party branches as the starting point,we will promote the integration of Party building and teachers'ethic construction from six aspects:strengthening political guidance,promoting ideological construction,organizational discipline constraints,Party member demonstration,linkage integration,and assessment supervision.This has become an important guarantee and measure for the construction of teachers'ethics and conduct.Practice has proven that Party building leads the construction of teachers'ethics and style,which is conducive to consolidating and strengthening the leadership position of the Party,exploring the path of teachers'ethic and style construction in the new era,and realizing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,and beneficial to creating a social atmosphere of respecting teachers.
