Research on the Training Path of E-commerce Creative Talents under the Background of Digital Economy
China's digital economy has entered a new stage of rapid development,and the demand for e-commerce talents is also showing a surge.The education department has clearly proposed that the effectiveness and quality of talent cultivation should be the fundamental standards for work testing,and effectively cultivate composite,applied,and practical talents that adapt to the development of the times.The integration of entrepreneurship and innovation is an important opportunity to promote the cultivation of e-commerce applied talents,aiming to transform traditional education models and systems,and promote the full integration of entrepreneurship and innovation education and professional education.Cultivating e-commerce talents is beneficial for adapting to the development requirements of the digital economy and improving the quality of school education.Combining the requirements of the digital economy for the cultivation of e-commerce talents,this paper clarifies the current situation of e-commerce talent cultivation,and proposes a talent cultivation strategy that focuses on the integration of expertise and innovation.
