数字经济时代会计人才培养
Accounting Talent Training in the Digital Economy Era

摘要
社会技术的变革总是产生新的生产力,随着人工智能技术对会计行业产生的影响越来越大,高校会计专业的人才供给亦需同步匹配才能满足社会的新要求.数字经济时代会计人才的培养面临人才供需矛盾、课程设置落后、师资力量薄弱以及数智化实训缺乏等问题.为此,特提出如下策略:实现数智化财会人才培养的供给侧改革,加速推进数智化课程内容和教学方式,合理化课程设置,建立数智化教研团队,以及创设数智化财会实践教学平台,以供学习借鉴.
Abstract
The change of social technology always produces new productive forces.With the increasing influence of artificial intelligence technology on the accounting industry,the talent supply of accounting majors in colleges and universities also needs to be matched synchronously to meet the new requirements of the society.Accounting talent training faces such problems as the contradiction between supply and demand of talents,backward curriculum,poor resources of teaching staff,and insufficient intellectualization training in digital economy era.Therefore,the following strategies are proposed for learning and reference:realizing the supply side reform of intellectualization accounting personnel training,accelerating the intellectualization course content and teaching methods,rationalizing the curriculum,establishing the intellectualization research team,and creating the intellectualization accounting practice teaching platform.
