摘要
积极心理学对大学生的综合素养的提高以及创新创业的认知具有重要的意义.从积极心理学的角度出发,构建高校化工专业学生创新创业教育新体系,更好地培养大学生良好的择业观和就业观,对高校开展大学生创新创业教育具有深远意义.分析了积极心理学视角下推进化工专业学生创新创业教育的必要性以及存在的主要问题,探讨了积极心理学对高校化工专业学生创新创业教育的启示,最后积极心理学视域化工专业学生创新创业教育的积极模式.
Abstract
Positive psychology is of great significance to the improvement of college students'comprehensive quality and the cognition of innovation and entrepreneurship.From the perspective of positive psychology,it is of far-reaching significance to construct a new system of innovation and entrepreneurship education for students majoring in chemical engineering in colleges and universities,and to better cultivate their good views on job selection and employment.The necessity and main problems of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education of chemical engineering students from the perspective of positive psychology are analyzed,and the enlightenment of positive psychology to innovation and entrepreneurship education of chemical engineering students in colleges and universities is discussed.Finally,the positive mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education of chemical engineering students from the perspective of positive psychology is discussed.
