摘要
本文从新农科背景下高职院校创新型农林人才培养的必要性、培养现状以及存在的问题等方面进行了阐述,分析了目前存在问题的成因,并对新农科背景下高职院校创新型人才培养路径进行了探索,以期为新时代高职院校创新型农林人才的培养提供新的思路.
Abstract
This paper expounds the necessity,training status and existing problems of innovative agricultural and forestry talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of new agricultural science,analyzes the causes of the existing problems,and explores the training path of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of new agricultural science,in order to provide new ideas for the cultivation of innovative agricultural and forestry talents in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
