An Analysis on the Professional Ability of"Double Innovation"Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Relevant Improvement Path Research
Under the strategic background of"mass entrepreneurship"and"mass innovation",actively promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education is conducive to alleviating the increasingly severe employment problems of college students;transforming the ecology of vocational education and the direction of reform,broadening the dimensions of cultivating students,and improving the level of vocational education.Innovation and entrepreneurship teachers are the key support for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and an important guarantee for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.However,starting from the cultivation mechanism of entrepreneurship and innovation education,there are still many shortcomings in China's vocational colleges,which are difficult to meet the requirements of social and economic development for entrepreneurship and innovation education.To this end,we should analyze the professional abilities of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers and explore a scientific and reasonable path for cultivating their abilities,in order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges and enhance the effectiveness of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
