Research on Strategies for Cultivating and Enhancing Innovation Ability of Independent College Students
Independent colleges aim to cultivate and strengthen the innovation ability of college students,further cultivate their excellent qualities of practical exploration,and provide sufficient guarantees for their employment development in more fields.The promotion of education in independent colleges in the new era should be based on enhancing the innovation ability of college students.An analysis should be conducted on the lack of learning and innovation resources among college students,as well as the lack of initiative in student learning and practice to explore the interal influencing factors of college students'innovation ability cultivation.Measures such as improving the mechanism of diversified collaborative education innovation and strengthening the guidance of student self-directed learning services should be taken to construct a new system for cultivating the innovation ability of independent college students,to fully enhance the innovation ability of independent college students and solidify the educational foundation.
