摘要
高校网络意识形态话语权建构是维护国家文化安全、捍卫文化主权、促进高校和谐稳定发展、实现立德树人根本任务的重要方略.新时代高校网络意识形态话语权的提升要在提高话语主体政治敏锐度、推动话语内容创新、话语方式灵活转变、打造可靠话语载体、着眼话语受众的特点和需求等方面下功夫,牢牢掌握高校网络意识形态工作领导权、主动权、话语权、管理权.
Abstract
The construction of ideological discourse power in the network of universities is an important strategy for maintaining national cultural security,defending cultural sovereignty,promoting harmonious and stable development of universities,and achieving the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.The enhancement of the discourse power of network ideology in universities in the new era requires efforts in improving the political sensitivity of discourse subjects,promoting innovation in discourse content,flexibly transforming discourse methods,creating reliable discourse carriers,and focusing on the characteristics and needs of discourse audiences,firmly grasping the leadership,initiative,discourse,and management power of ideological work on the Internet in universities.
