摘要
高校的文化是一个比较复杂的体系,是高校进行立德树人活动的重要支持,它包括制度文化、物质文化、精神文化.各个文化层面的块面之间存在着错综复杂的关系.学校文化是一种物质和精神的综合体,各个高校都具有彰显自己办学特色的校园文化.本文从塑造健全的制度文化、提升良好的物质文化、引领特色的精神文化三个方面进行探究.
Abstract
School culture is a complex system and an important guarantee for school running and management.Its elements include material culture,system culture,spiritual culture,and the relationship between the elements of each level is intricate.Campus culture is a synthesis of material and spirit,and each school has its own unique campus culture.This paper explores from three aspects of research:shaping a sound system culture,promoting a good material culture,and leading the characteristics of the spiritual culture.
