摘要
新商科数智化实训基地建设是高职院校培养行业、企业急需的现代商业人才的必要条件和关键环节.通过走访调查我省多家代表性高职院校,发现在新商科实训基地建设过程中,存在资金有限、配套实训管理体系和运行机制不健全、缺乏实战性训练项目、实训教学资源重复建设以及创新创业技能训练不足等突出问题,需要从创新合作模式、拓宽资金来源,多方合作共建学科专业、共同培养人才,专业群共建共享,建立健全与专业群相配套的实训基地运营与管理机制,建设"专思创"三融合师资队伍,发挥基地社会服务功能,提升基地效益与各方积极性等方面入手,探索适合自身特色与条件的建设模式和实施策略.
Abstract
The construction of the new business digitized and intelligent training base is a necessary condition and key link for higher vocational colleges to cultivate modern business talents urgently needed by industries and enterprises.Through visiting and investigating multiple representative vocational colleges in our province,it is found that there are several prominent problems in the construction such as limited funds,incomplete supporting training management system and operating mechanism,lack of practical training projects,repetitive construction of practical teaching resources,and insufficient training of innovation and entrepreneurship skills.It is necessary to innovate cooperation models,expand funding sources,collaborate with multiple parties to build subjects and majors,jointly cultivate talents,jointly build and share by professional group,establish and improve the operation and management mechanism of the training base that matches the professional group,build a"professional ideological and creative"three integrated teaching team,leverage the social service function of the base,enhance the base's efficiency and enthusiasm,and explore construction models and implementation strategies suitable for its own characteristics and conditions.
