本研究旨在探究角色扮演对高职护生人文关怀行为感知体验的影响,了解人文关怀现状,并提供参考。结果显示:高职护生在人文关怀行为感知方面存在认知不足。成因包括:个人和环境因素;角色扮演能促使护生提升人文关怀意识、改变行为表现、加深对患者需求的认知。结论:角色扮演有助于护生发现人文关怀中的问题,提升对人文关怀的认知、患者需求的感知能力,培养同理心,改进临床护理问题并提升护生人文关怀能力。在人文护理实践中,这一方法具有重要意义。
A Qualitative Study on the Influence of Role-playing on Vocational Nursing Students'Perceptions of Humanistic Care Behavior
This study aims to explore the influence of role-playing on the perception of humanistic care behavior among higher vocational nursing students,understand the current situation of humanistic care,and provide references.The results show that vocational nursing students have insufficient cognitive perception in humanistic care behavior,with causes including personal and environmental factors;role-playing can help students enhance their awareness of humanistic care,change their behavioral expressions,and deepen their understanding of patient needs.In conclusion,role-playing helps nursing students identify problems in humanistic care,improve their awareness of humanistic care and perception of patient needs,cultivate empathy,address clinical nursing issues,and enhance nursing students'humanistic care capabilities.This method is of great significance in human nursing practice.
