高职院校运用积极心理学提升学生职业素养的路径研究

积极心理学强调深度探究人的心理和积极性,将此种理念应用在高职院校学生职业素养提升路径中,能够在唤醒积极认知,激发学生潜能、强化积极体验,增进积极情绪、创造积极环境,挖掘素养能量的过程中,有效解决学生自我否定、消极情绪等问题。鉴于此,高职院校方面为进一步完善学生心理健康机制,需要从为学生创设积极的教学环境,并结合积极组织系统、积极情绪体验以及积极人格特质三个维度入手,讨论如何有效完善学生就业帮扶体系,增强学生职业自我效能,提升学业职业综合素质。
Research on the Path of Using Positive Psychology to Improve Students'Professional Literacy in Higher Vocational Colleges
Positive psychology emphasizes the deep exploration of human psychology and positivity.Applying this concept to the path of higher vocational college students'professional literacy improvement can effectively solve students'problems such as self negation and negative emotions in the process of awakening positive cognition,stimulating students'potential,strengthening positive experiences,enhancing positive emotions,creating a positive environment,and tapping into literacy energy.In view of this,in order to further improve the psychological health mechanism of students in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to create a positive teaching environment for students,and combine the three dimensions of positive organizational system,positive emotional experience,and positive personality traits to discuss how to effectively improve the employment assistance system for students,enhance their career self-efficacy,and enhance their overall academic and professional qualities.
