"三全育人"视域下高职院校心理育人的困境与对策研究
Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Psychological Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education"

心理育人是新时代高校思想政治教育工作的重要育人要素.大学生心理健康教育是高校育人工作的重要内容和手段.高职院校心理育人工作能否发挥作用,关乎思想政治教育的发展,关乎立德树人根本任务的全面落实,关乎大学生的健康成长.近年来,高职院校的学生心理状况问题频发,高职院校心理育人工作也面临着诸多困境.本文从三全育人视角出发,讨论高职院校开展心理育人工作的意义,结合高职院校学生特点,探讨高职院校心理育人工作面临的现实困境,并提出相应对策.
Abstract
Psychological education is an important educational element of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.Mental health education for college students is an important content and means of educating people in colleges and universities.Whether the psychological education work in higher vocational colleges can play a role is related to the development of ideological and political education,to the comprehensive implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating moral character,and to the healthy growth of college students.In recent years,psychological problems among students in higher vocational colleges have occurred frequently,and the psychological education work in higher vocational colleges is also facing many difficulties.This paper starts from the perspective of three comprehensive education,discusses the significance of psychological education in higher vocational colleges,combines the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,explores the practical dilemmas faced by psychological education in higher vocational colleges,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
