Research on the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Universities Based on Multicultural Background
In the era of economic globalization,multiculturalism has begun to collide with each other on a global scale,resulting in changes in the ideological and political teaching environment in universities.Universities need to carefully consider the opportunities that multiculturalism brings to ideological and political education,and appropriately follow the principles of combining explicit and implicit,instilling infiltration,and two-way interaction to promote ideological and political education to keep up with the times,in order to create a good educational environment and space in the clash of multiculturalism,and seize the main position of education.The paper will start from three aspects:clarifying the direction of education development,innovating the content and methods of ideological and political education,and innovating the cultural environment inside and outside the school to promote the reform of ideological and political education and enhance its effectiveness.
