摘要
数字化转型下要求应用型金融人才必须具备跨学科知识、数字技能、创新思维、市场敏感度、风险意识、实践能力.应用型高校需要从人才培养理念、课程内容与结构、教学模式、教学评价、产教协同五个维度构建高质量金融人才培养体系,从重构人才培养理念、优化金融专业课程体系、创新教学方法与手段、完善立体化教学评价体系、重塑协同育人的生态环境等方面贯彻实践路径,以满足学生成长和适应地方金融行业发展需要,引领社会主义现代化建设.
Abstract
Under the digital transformation,applied financial talents are required to possess interdisciplinary knowledge,digital skills,innovative thinking,market sensitivity,risk awareness,and practical abilities.Applied universities need to construct a high-quality financial talent development system from five dimensions:the concept of talent cultivation,curriculum content and structure,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,and industry-education collaboration.To implement practical approaches,efforts should be made to reconstruct the concept of talent cultivation,optimize the financial curriculum system,innovate teaching methods and means,improve the comprehensive teaching evaluation system,and reshape the eco-system of collaborative education to meet the needs of students to grow and adapt to the development of the local financial industry and to lead the modernization of socialism.
