摘要
数字技术,包括互联网、云计算、大数据和人工智能等,正经历持续的更新和迭代.这些技术的广泛应用和普及已成为实现公共服务更加平等、普惠、高效和便捷的核心工具.在政府数字化转型的环境中,本研究致力于探索政府公共服务供给的精准化创新.为实现这一目标,我们首先将讨论利用数字技术实现公共服务精准供给的必要条件.其次,我们将以政府为研究对象,深入分析当前政府公共服务供给存在的问题及其产生的影响.最后,提出一个实现政府公共服务供给精准化创新的数字化推动路径.
Abstract
Digital technology,including the Internet,cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence,is undergoing continuous updates and iterations.The widespread application and popularization of these technologies have become the cornerstone for achieving more equitable,inclusive,efficient,and convenient public services.In the context of government digital transformation,this study is dedicated to exploring the precision innovation of government public service supply.To achieve this goal,we will first discuss the necessary conditions for realizing precise public service supply through digital technology.Secondly,we will focus on the government as the research subject to delve deeply into the existing problems and their impacts in the current government public service supply.Finally,we will propose a digital-driven pathway to realize the precise innovation of government public service supply.
