The Influence and Mechanism of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Higher Education on Urban Innovation Ability
Innovation is the primary driving force for development,and improving urban innovation capabilities is an important issue that needs to be solved in the current urban development.As an important part of higher education,sino-foreign cooperation in higher education plays an important role in regional innovation.Based on the triple helix theory and knowledge spillover theory,sino-foreign cooperation in higher education enhances urban innovation capabilities through three channels:human capital effect,competition effect and conduction effect caused by the introduction of high-quality educational resources and industry-university-research transformation mechanism.In order to give full play to the role of sino-foreign cooperative education in improving the innovation anility of cities,the review and management of the introduction of foreign teachers should be strengthened,and the government should actively guide the recipients of knowledge spillover to actively accept knowledge spillover and strengthen discipline construction.
