摘要

高等学历继续教育共同体建设是推进继续教育高质量发展的内在要求.解决高等学历继续教育共同体建设的现实困境,彰显高等学历继续教育共同体建设的价值意蕴,必须发挥政府主体的宏观调控作用;加强顶层设计,健全合作机制,推进共同体实体化运作;搭建教育立交桥,构建校际联盟,推进共同体建构模式的多样化.

Abstract

The construction of a community for higher education continuing education is an inherent requirement for promoting the high-quality development of continuing education.To solve the practical dilemma of building a community of higher continuing education and demonstrate its value and significance,it is necessary to exert the macro regulatory role of the government as the main body;strengthen top-level design,improve cooperation mechanisms,and promote the entity operation of the community;build educational overpasses,build inter-school alliances,and promote diversity in community building models.
