粤港澳大湾区应用型本科高校国际型英语人才培养研究

摘要
本文将围绕粤港澳大湾区应用型本科高校国际型英语人才培养存在的不足开展分析,包括人才培养定位模糊、专业课程设置不合理、英语教学模式落后、教师能力有待提升,并提出调整教学体系、强化教师队伍建设、推行校企联合、融入信息化技术等解决措施,以此满足人才市场需求,使学生契合数字化时代发展潮流,推动区域经济建设,扩大城市影响力.
Abstract
This paper will analyze the shortcomings of international English talent cultivation in applied undergraduate universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,including unclear talent cultivation positioning,unreasonable professional curriculum settings,outdated English teaching models,and the need to improve teacher abilities.It will also propose solutions such as adjusting the teaching system,strengthening teacher team construction,promoting school-enterprise cooperation,and integrating information technology to meet the needs of the talent market,to meet the demand of the talent market,align students with the development trend of the digital era,promote regional economic construction,and expand urban influence.
