中华优秀传统文化融入师范生师德教育的价值及路径探索

近年来,频发的教师师德失范现象提醒我们关注教师的师德问题,要从源头上杜绝教师"失范"现象,究其根本在于重视培养产出教师的师范教育,师范生师德教育是师范生素质教育的核心,这是一个重要的实践问题.在新时代背景下,寻求优秀传统文化与师德涵养的契合点,善用资源,挖掘中华优秀传统文化涵养师德的核心内容;以中华优秀传统文化增强育人内生动力,发挥中华优秀传统文化在高等师范院校师德教育中的重要作用,进一步探索中华优秀文化融入师范生师德教育的价值意蕴、现实挑战及优化路径,培养"爱教、乐教、适教、懂教、善教"且具备良好师德素养的师范生毕业生,已成为教育改革的重要目标之一.
The Value and Path Exploration on the Integration of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture into Teacher Ethic Education for Normal Students
In recent years,the frequent occurrences of teachers'moral misconduct remind us to pay attention to the issue of teacher ethic.To eliminate the phenomenon of teachers"going astray"from the root,it is essential to focus on cultivating teachers through teacher education.Teacher ethic education for normal students is the core of their quality education and is an important practical issue.Under the context of the new era,it is necessary to find the intersection between excellent traditional Chinese culture and the cultivation of teacher ethic,make good use of resources,and explore the core content of excellent traditional Chinese culture that nurtures teacher ethic.By enhancing the intrinsic motivation of education with excellent traditional Chinese culture,we can leverage its important role in teacher ethic education in higher normal colleges.Furthermore,we need to further explore the value,practical challenges,and optimization path of integrating excellent Chinese culture into teacher ethic education for normal students.The cultivation of normal graduates who possess good teacher ethic qualities,such as"loving teaching,enjoying teaching,adapting to teaching,understanding teaching,and being good at teaching",has become an important goal of educational reform.
