The Status and Countermeasures of the Research Discourse Power of English Teachers in Private Universities
In the scientific research discourse threshold,this paper studies the current situation of English teachers'discourse power over scientific research in private colleges and universities and the reasons for its loss,discusses the countermeasures for their discourse power in scientific research,analyzes their current scientific research problems,and proposes the path and countermeasures for the sustainable development of their scientific research from three aspects:system,organization and individual.A set of evaluation system in line with the discourse power of English teachers in private universities has been constructed to provide scientific reference for the discourse power of private college English teachers in scientific research.On this basis,the theoretical system of the evaluation of English teachers in private universities is empirically tested.In the subsequent research,the feasibility and effectiveness of the countermeasures of the scientific research discourse power of English teachers in private universities will be verified through empirical analysis.
