大学生综合素质培养策略:基于高校校园文化视角

摘要
高校校园文化内容尤为丰富.不同内容的发展融合为大学生综合素质培育提供新的思路.高校应基于校园文化的发展建设,持续推进对大学生综合素质培育体系的完善,增强高校校园文化建设对大学生综合素质培育的教育引领.还应通过利用强化校园文化优良传统教育传承、拓展校园文化育人功能及构建育人培养评估机制等多种策略,不断提升高校校园文化对大学生综合素质培养的教育影响,实现对大学生综合素质培育能力的全面提升,使高校的校园文化成为大学生综合素质培育的重要推手.
Abstract
The content of campus culture in universities is particularly rich.Universities should continue to promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality cultivation system for college students based on the development and construction of campus culture,and enhance the educational guidance of campus culture construction for the cultivation of college students'comprehensive quality.And they should continuously enhance the educational impact of campus culture on the cultivation of college students'comprehensive quality,achieve a comprehensive improvement in the cultivation ability of college students'comprehensive qualities,and make the campus culture of universities an important driving force for the cultivation of college students'comprehensive qualities by using various strategies such as strengthening the inheritance of excellent traditional education of campus culture,expanding the educational function of campus culture and constructing an educational and training evaluation mechanism.
