一站式学生社区建设深化大学生学习、生活与娱乐的多元融合发展,为立德树人教育要求的落实开辟新的路径.高校要依托一站式学生社区综合管理体系建设,优化各个阶段综合管理服务模式及协同管理机制,借助明确管理规范、加强交叉管理制度应用及完善监督管理机制等基础策略,持续提升一站式学生社区综合管理模式建设的实效性,为高校一站式学生社区综合管理工作的开展提供多个层面的基础保障.
Abstract
The construction of a one-stop student community deepens the diversified integration and development of college students'learning,life,and entertainment,opening up a new path for the implementation of the requirements of moral education.Universities should rely on the construction of a one-stop student community comprehensive management system,optimize the comprehensive management service mode and collaborative management mechanism at each stage,and use basic strategies such as clarifying management standards,strengthening the application of cross management systems,and improving supervision and management mechanisms to continuously improve the effectiveness of the construction of a one-stop student community comprehensive management mode,providing multiple levels of basic guarantee for the implementation of the one-stop student community comprehensive management work in universities.
