International Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges:Practical Dilemma,System Construction and Practical Exploration
It is the mission of higher vocational colleges to serve Chinese enterprises to successfully"go out"and improve the international education and service level of higher vocational colleges.Based on the present situation survey of the international talent training of six higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province,we found that higher vocational international talent training overall planning and the top design positioning were not clear;international bilingual courses and credit recognition courses were scarce;teachers'internationalization bilingual teaching ability was insufficient;international cooperation and communication mechanism,quality assessment feedback mechanism were not perfect;and higher vocational students'foreign language application ability was weak.Taking the training practice of"mechatronics"major group in Changzhou Vocational Institute of Industry as an example,the localization practice of international talent training of our institute and the reform practice of"Huge mode"have been carried out in accordance with the international paradigm.It has formed a series of localization standards of the"Huge"teaching mode,and the"five-in-one"international talent training system framework of the"mechatronics"major group according to the"Sydney Agreement".
